Printeonn (printeonn.com) provides fast, fully insured shipping across Canada and the contiguous United States. Because printers are precision mechanical devices, every unit is custom-packed with high-density protective foam and heavy-duty double-walled corrugated cartons prior to dispatch.
1. Order Handling & Final Quality Check Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) enter final bench calibration the same day and ship within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates
- Standard Insured Ground Shipping (FREE — $0.00 CAD on All Orders): 3 to 6 business days via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS, or Purolator.
- Expedited 2-Day Business Air (Optional Quote by Phone): 2 business days. Call +1 (888) 824-9102 prior to checkout for expedited freight quotes on heavy laser multifunction units.
3. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
As soon as your printer leaves our facility at 120 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON M5H 1T1, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your carrier tracking link and serial number inspection sheet. Orders valued over $350.00 CAD require an adult signature upon delivery to prevent package theft.
4. Damaged Packages or Lost Shipments
All shipments are 100% insured by Printeonn. If your carton shows visible exterior transit damage upon arrival, please note the damage with the driver or contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can immediately dispatch a replacement printer.
