1. Independent Hardware Reseller Status & Trademark Disclaimer

Disclaimer: We are an independent distributor and reseller of refurbished printers and accessories. All brand names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and compatibility purposes. Printeonn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized warranty service center for HP, Canon, Brother, or Epson. Furthermore, Printeonn sells physical printing hardware only and does not offer paid technical support, software troubleshooting, or remote computer repair services.

2. Refurbished Product Condition & Hardware Warranty

All printers sold on printeonn.com are pre-owned and Refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each printer undergoes our 25-point hardware inspection, cleaning, component replacement, and print quality testing before packaging.
Because units are pre-owned and refurbished, original manufacturer factory warranties no longer apply. Instead, every printer includes our comprehensive 1-Year Printeonn Direct Hardware Warranty fulfilled directly by our technical center at 120 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON M5H 1T1.

3. Pricing, Currency, Availability & Order Acceptance

All prices are displayed clearly in CAD on product pages and in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated transparently based on your shipping destination. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in the event of an inventory discrepancy or pricing error.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario, Canadian, and U.S. law, Printeonn's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase of hardware from printeonn.com shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item in question.
